Animatic - Lizzy

                           

• The video starts with a closed eye, which opens and starts looking around when the beat kicks in at the start of the song. 
• The audience are then shown the singers mouth, who starts lip syncing to the lyrics in an extreme close up.
• It then cuts to shots of the band playing in live performance, which highlights which band member plays what instrument (their roles within the band).
• Each band member then has a medium close up on them playing or singing which will show the unity of music coming together and also their roles within the band in more detail.
• Then we are introduced to the girl character which plays a huge role in the story line. She will wear a red jumper.
• Close ups of the girls face show how she is feeling as she approaches the room which represents the 'space'.
• Over the shoulder and establishing shots will show the girl entering the room, creating suspense.
• We are then introduced to the jack in the box which is significant to the story line. It will be placed in the middle of the room to focus all attention on it. This will make the audience question its significance. 
• The girl character then starts to make her way around the room after sitting by the jack in the box. She looks at the canvas' on the wall.
• Cuts back to the live performance of the band and the extreme close up of the lip syncing occur.
• Whilst the girl is exploring the room, the camera cuts back to the jack in the box, and it starts dramatically shaking. This creates tension and makes the audience wonder why the absence of the girl is having such a huge effect on it.
• Meanwhile, close ups of the band members in their live performance show that the song is reaching its climax.
• The girl is then shown with a face of shock as she realizes that the jack in the box is shaking vigorously on its own.
• The camera starts spinning and moving frantically
• The jack from the jack in the box suddenly pops out to highlight the end of the song, and to end all the tension in a humorous way.
